Vocera Groups, Call Flows, and Permissions-This instructor-led half-day course will cover the features and benefits of Vocera groups, call flows, and permissions. Lectures and labs will cover:
- Adding, editing, and deleting Vocera groups
- Best practices for nesting and escalations
- Scheduling and forwarding settings
- Assigning permissions to Vocera groups
- Vocera medical center lab
Vocera Device Management-This instructor-led half-day course will cover the features and benefits of the device management console. Lectures and labs will cover:
- Delegating tasks to tiered and group device managers
- Adding, editing, and deleting devices
- Importing, exporting, and updating devices
- Scanning badges and using CSV files
- Using device status monitor to take inventory
Vocera Report Server and Scheduler-This instructor-led half-day course will cover the features and benefits of the report server and the report scheduler. Lectures and labs will cover:
- Configuring the report server
- Report server maintenance
- Running manual reports
- Setting up packages of reports via the scheduler
Vocera Staff Assignment – This instructor-led half-day course will cover the features and benefits of the Vocera staff assignment solution including voice call flows and alert and alarm work-flows. Lecture and labs will cover:

Registration Details
Vocera strongly recommends two students attend the course together to perform lab exercises, and to provide a more interactive learning environment. Registration must be received at least one week prior to class date. To register click here.
Course fees:
$495 half-day class for 2 students per site
In order to support an effective distance learning experience, customers must provide the following:
- Team of two students located in a reserved training or conference room
- Both students should have basic knowledge of Vocera
- High-speed Internet connection (wired preferred)
- Conference-quality speaker phone
- LCD projector
- Two computers; one to project the webinar, and one to view the GoToMyPC remote connection
- Point-of-contact to work with the Vocera instructor prior to the class to insure remote connectivity
